Driving from the North Shore
Route 1 - Take MA-128 S. Merge onto I-95 S. Take exit 44 to merge onto US-1 S/Newbury St/Newburyport Turnpike toward Boston. Continue to follow US-1 S. Take the exit onto I-93 S/US-1 S. Take exit 20A toward South Station. Merge onto Purchase Street and follow Purchase Street (it will curve). Turn right onto Summer Street, then take the second right onto Devonshire Street. Turn left onto Franklin Street, and 70 Franklin will be on the right.
I-93 - Take I-93 south toward Boston. Take exit 20A towards South Station. Merge onto Purchase Street and follow Purchase Street (it will curve). Turn right onto Summer Street, then take the second right onto Devonshire Street. Turn left onto Franklin Street, and 70 Franklin will be on the right.
Driving from the South Shore
Route 1, Route 3, I-93 - Take I-93 N/ US-1 N/ MA-3 N/ Southeast Expressway toward Boston. Take exit 20 toward South Station. Continue straight onto Lincoln Street. Turn left onto Summer Street. Take the first right onto Devonshire Street. Turn left onto Franklin Street, and 70 Franklin is on the right.
By Subway or Train
Park Street - If taking the green line, take the Gov’t Center train inbound to Park Street station. Exit the station onto Tremont Street. Cross the street and walk straight down Summer Street. Take the first left on to Washington Street. Continue straight, then take the first right onto Franklin Street. Continue down Franklin Street and 70 Franklin is on the left.
Downtown Crossing - If taking the orange line, get off at Downtown Crossing station and exit at Washington Street. Head left on Washington Street and continue straight, then turn right onto Franklin Street. Continue down Franklin Street. 70 Franklin is on the left.
South Station - If arriving at South station by bus or train, exit South Station onto Summer Street and head west (left). Continue straight, and then take a right onto Devonshire Street. At the Franklin and Devonshire intersection, cross the street and turn left. 70 Franklin Street is on the right.
Parking
You can park in the Arch Street Garage, at 33 Arch Street. Take a right at Arch Street off of Franklin, (right before Marshalls). Once parked, upon exiting the parking garage, turn left onto Arch Street and walk half a block and then turn left on Franklin. Our building is the doorway after Papyrus and before Filene’s Credit Union.
