On the heels of the Superintendents’ Strategy Summit, The District Management Council will facilitate a discussion with senior administrators of each member district based on the content of the most recent Best Practices Report. The sessions are designed to share strategic ideas and management concepts with senior district administrators and other key stakeholders, and also to help motivate decisions and implementation. Superintendents can choose to custom design the session around topics of particular relevance to the district. Direct participation by personnel involved in district strategy is a critical step in mobilizing change.
