Succession Planning Steps 5 & 6: Finding & Filling Leadership Gaps

Steps #5 and #6 of the DMC Succession Planning process. At the 2008 Executive Planning Meeting, DMC presented Steps # 5 and #6, techniques for taking inventory of your leadership capacity and how to assign responsibilities for carrying out district strategies.
